Refund Policy
Eligibility

How to Request a Refund
1) Contact our customer support team at support@talrzio.com with proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
2) Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.
3) Include photos if applicable.
4) Once approved, please mail the item back to us. Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing Time
1) Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the item in our warehouse.
2) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3) Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange.
Warranty
Limited Warranty Statement
Effective Date of Warranty: The warranty coverage for your purchase begins on the date of delivery of the product.
Warranty Coverage: Talrizio warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the delivery date. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or
- Provide a refund of the purchase price.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
